The document given here acts as the official refund and cancellation policy offered by RXANWESHANA PVT, LTD to all of its users who have visited and used our services through the website. In any kind of situation where our customers need to approach us for a refund or cancellation of a specific service, the process shall be carried out under this policy.
CANCELATION POLICY
The clients are free to cancel the booking or lab visit before the start or preparation of lab tests. A full refund shall be admissible in cases where payment has been made to RXANWESHANA PVT, LTD directly.
To initiate the cancellation, the client has to provide the original copy of the proof of payment (official receipt) and the original photocopy of a valid identification card (ID). However, the nature of the products does not allow returns once the specimen is taken. Hence, RXANWESHANA PVT, LTD will not accept any cancellations after specimen collection and the completion of your lab visit.
For Hotel/Home Test Services, clients are free to cancel the tests 24 hours before the start of the visit, and a full refund shall be provided. However, in cases where the client chooses to cancel the test after the arrival of the RXANWESHANA PVT, LTD staff at the site, certain charges will be deducted from the paid amount even if the service is canceled.
REFUND POLICY
The refunds which are given by RXANWESHANA PVT, LTD will be processed into the clients account within 30 days.
If payment is made thru Online payments/Credit Card/ Debit Card/UPI, reversal of verified payment can be made within the day, cut off is at 7:00 PM. Refunding of payment after cutoff will be posted 30 business days, depending on the merchant bank.
